Delhi to Agra (Day 5)

Went to see the Red Fort yesterday, and on the way back to the Metro, Dan decided it was a good idea to try this weird green, watery lemonade sold from a street stall, even after protests by the rest of us. Needless to say that he was kept awake all night with Delhi belly.

Left luxury in New Delhi, to catch our first train, which was heading to Agra. Walking along the platform was interesting, we passed first class, second class, third class and eventually we stepped into sleeper class, where the smell was overwhelming. The locals were leaping across the tracks to get to platforms and dogs were running under our feet. Turns out sleeper isn’t that bad, nice and airy with a good view out of the open door.

Got to Agra, went back to our hostel to get some sleep before the big day ahead but…
